JOHN MARSHALL: The most significant construction accident case I've been involved in, involved a gentleman who was run over by a piece of heavy equipment. Whenever you work at construction sites the risks are much greater than walking down the street. You're exposed to heavy equipment. In this case he got hit by a backhoe. We were rather relentless in trying to locate the backhoe. It was long gone by the time we got into the case. We were able to locate it, I was able to locate it, I actually got on the road and found the backhoe. We got into the case, we were very proactive. It was a sad scenario but I'm fulfilled because I know I really helped my client. During the course of the case we built a great relationship where we're friends, and I was happy that I could help her and she could move on with her life.
